  • What are the workouts like?
    From beginner levels to advanced, we offer a variety of workouts for all demographics. Exercise classes range from strength and conditioning, HIIT to boxing. Depending on your current fitness level and goals, we have a class suited to you.
  • What should I bring to the session?
    We’ve got the equipment, the expertise, and community ready to welcome you! Just bring yourself (and a water bottle) and we’ll do the rest.
  • What will Method Health help me achieve?
    By working with our multidisciplinary team, you will receive personalised support and training tools for optimal lifestyle management. You’ll feel empowered to achieve and maintain your goals while connecting with an incredible community of ongoing support along the way.
  • Is there an app for the membership program?
    Yes, there is. You can download the Method Health app as an iOS from the App Store. It is also available as an Andriod app from the Google Play Store. You will be prompted to log into your account or create an account if you don’t already have one. With access to your account, you can book classes, view workouts available and access account information.
  • How do I make a class booking?
    You have two ways to make a booking, via our website or on our Method Health app.
  • Do I need a certain fitness level to join?
    No, you do not. We welcome all fitness levels! Our expertise caters to beginner, intermediate and advanced individuals.
  • Do you offer low impact modifications?
    Modifications are always offered in classes and personal training sessions. We encourage you to take movement at your own pace and welcome the opportunity to modify exercises in accordance with how you’re feeling, or a pregnancy, injury, physical disability, or medical condition. Be sure to notify us if you need modifications.
  • If I am pregnant, have an existing injury and/or health condition, should I still join?
    Before beginning your fitness journey with Method Health, please consult your doctor and/or healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have an injury, physical disability, or medical condition. When you sign up for the membership you will be required to complete a member questionnaire. Please indicate any of the above considerations at that time. Our team will reach out to you to ensure we adjust the level of intensity or pace of routines and workouts to suit your needs.
  • Can I be of any age to join?
    It’s never too late to get started on your fitness goals! To purchase a membership you must be 16 years or over. As a member you receive a complimentary fitness assessment. After this assessment we can ensure workouts suit your fitness level and include any modifications if needed.
  • If I’m a gym member doing classes, can I also do personal training sessions?
    Absolutely! We have many clients who attend our classes in addition to personal training sessions. Gym classes and PT are complementary, and with extra trainer attention your health has even more potential to elevate.
  • Community is important to me. What type of community do you offer?
    Our business is built on relationships, so we place value into encouraging & maintaining strong ones. We actively cultivate this through our group classes, coffee catchups after exercise, community engagement in person and online, and trainer relationships with all clients. Our community feels safe, supportive, and connected.
  • What type of support is available to me as a client at Method Health?
    Support can take many different forms at Method Health, depending on what you need. We are committed to keeping you motivated and accountable through long-term health and fitness plans, lifestyle management, and mindset coaching. Whether a one-on-one experience or in a group setting, support is always available to our clients.
  • Can I cancel my membership when I need to?
    Our memberships require no lock in contracts and are offered on a month to month basis. If you need to cancel your membership please let us know. Review our Terms & Conditions to get started with this process.
  • Do you offer a Student or Senior discount on any of your memberships?
    This discount is 15% off and can be applied to Gold and Platinum membership packages. If you fall into either of these categories, please speak to a staff member directly or email us at hello@methodhealth.com.au so that we can give you more information and ensure you are charged accordingly.
  • Can I put my Membership on hold if I need to?
    Life happens, and we understand that adapting might include putting your membership on hold from time to time. Whether you need a break from your routine or are navigating an unexpected injury, we’re here to help! Read our Terms & Conditions to understand how this process works and to get started.
  • Do you have a water station where I can refill my water bottle?
    Absolutely. Hydration is essential especially after joining us for a sweat session! You’ll find our drink station inside the gym facility next to the treadmills. Refill your drink bottle as much as you need throughout your workout.
  • Is parking available onsite?
    Yes, we have plenty of free parking onsite surrounding the building. One less hurdle to get in the way of your fitness routine.
  • Safety & Hygiene
    We take safety and hygiene seriously at Method Health. Our equipment is routinely checked to ensure it is always according to safety standards, with staff always onsite for clients in the case of an emergency. Hygiene is a priority with our team. Equipment and facilities are cleaned on a regular rotation and hygiene stations are accessible throughout the gym.
  • What is Lake Espresso?
    We’re so glad you asked. Lake Espresso is the café connected to our gym. Located on the backend of our facilities, it’s an extension of our community where our clients, neighbours and locals alike love to grab a coffee, a toastie and other delicious pre/post workout snacks.
  • Do you have toilets and showers available onsite?
    We sure do. Located adjacent to our gym facility, the toilets and showers are open and accessible to all clients. Freshen up pre or post workout as you see fit.

  • PROGRAMMING
    Training programs: prices starting from $10/week ($40/month) 30-minute initial consultation and individualised programming plan provided. Up to 2-4 sessions per week and 3 months per program depending on needs. Review with a trainer upon completion. Pricing curated per program.
